About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and creative Brand Personality Avatar to bring "Airika" to life! You will serve as the official face of Air Link TV, connecting with our community and driving growth for our platform.
Requirements
Your Role:
Brand Representation: Embody the "Airika" character at events, activations, and community roadshows, etc.
Customer Growth: Actively promote the Air Link TV App and other Air Link Services, educate customers on its benefits, and assist with sign-ups.
Content Creation: Participate in video shoots and photoshoots. You will create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
Digital & Physical Engagement: Interact with our audience on social media platforms in-character, maintaining a welcoming and brand-aligned tone. Also interact and encourage employees to participate in content creation.
Campaign Support: Assist in marketing campaigns and help ensure our brand visibility remains high across all channels.

Flexibility: You are available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and on-location shoots as needed.
What you need to have:
Education: Completion of secondary school (CSEC passes in English and Mathematics are preferred).
Background: Ability to provide a valid Certificate of Character if requested.
Experience: Previous experience in promotional events, acting, or customer-facing roles is a strong asset.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Able to be physically present at the office. Must be able and willing to be in character for the duration of all activations.
Reliability: Proven record of punctuality and professional conduct.
