The incumbent is required to conduct field sales (out-of-office) develop strong relationships with existing customers, stakeholders and identify new business opportunities for Air Link Communications Ltd. The Dynamic Sales Representative is also required to answer client queries and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. He/ She will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our Company’s products and services.

The applicant is required to provide a prompt and efficient telecommunications link for customers service and enquiries. Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to market the Company’s products and ensure that customers’ requests and queries are followed up to affect a positive outcome and project a positive image of the Company.

The Digital Content & Branding Officer is responsible for the creation of content for publication on various digital channels. This includes text, video, and audio. Their duties involve drafting and executing editorial as well as all Branding/Marketing strategies aligned to the overall business strategy.

The incumbent is responsible for accounting work in Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Data Entry of financial information into accounting software and clerical support to the organisation.

The Tier III – NOC AGENT will be the first line of support for ensuring the health and stability of Air Link Communications Limited systems and services. Some examples of the support duties that will be performed are responding to health monitors/alerts, performing initial troubleshooting of reported issues and providing incident & problem management.
